For Treasure Coast homeowners
Upsizing, downsizing, or just wondering what the last few years did to your value. Whichever it is, it starts with knowing the real number, and that takes more than four seconds and an algorithm.
Send us the address and we'll put together the full picture. What's sold nearby, what you're up against right now, what your home has that the others don't, and the number we'd actually put it on the market at.
Plenty of people ask for this a year before they move. That's completely fine. Nothing is expected of you afterwards.
A person builds this by hand, which is why it takes a day rather than a second.
How it works
Plus anything we wouldn't see from the outside. Roof age, renovations, a tenant in place.
Comparable sales, current competition, condition, and the number we'd actually list at.
In person or on a call. You'll understand how the number was reached, not just what it is.
List now, list next spring, or stay put. We won't chase you either way.
If you do decide to list
Not a range pulled from an algorithm. Real comparable sales with the reasoning shown.
What to fix, what to leave, and what Florida buyers will ask for before they write.
Photography, listing syndication, and a plan for the first two weeks, which is when it matters.
Selling to buy new is the hardest version of this. We handle both sides so there's no gap in the middle.
A fair question
Because we'd have to guess. Automated valuations work from public records and recent sales in a radius. They can't see that your roof is two years old, or that the house behind you backs onto a preserve, or that the comparable three doors down sold with a tenant in place.
On a Florida property, insurance history and roof age alone can move the number more than any of the inputs a model has access to.
A day of real work gets you something you can make a decision with.
Start with the number. Understand how we got there. Then take as long as you like deciding what to do with it.
