For future homeowners
Buying on the Treasure Coast should feel like the start of something, not a second job. Tell us a little about what you're picturing and we'll go find it.
However much or little you know so far. Some people arrive with a street in mind, others just know they want more room and a shorter drive. Both are a fine place to start.

Where our agents have real depth
These are the moves our clients ask for most on the Treasure Coast. Whichever one is yours, you get someone who has already walked it and will tell you the truth about what it costs.
Builder communities across the Treasure Coast, with representation from the first visit. The sales rep at the model works for the builder.
Tell us the area, the range, and the timeline. You'll get listings that actually fit, not a daily dump.
Port St. Lucie has thousands of platted lots. We'll tell you what a parcel can actually be built on before you buy it.
Before you write an offer
Insurance is what kills contracts in this state, and it usually happens late, after everyone is emotionally committed. We ask for these early.
Documents storm-resistant features. Can lower an insurance premium meaningfully.
Roof, electrical, plumbing, HVAC. Insurers commonly require it on older homes.
Roof age can decide whether a home is insurable at all, not just what it costs.
Affects whether flood insurance is required and what it runs.
Requirements vary by insurer and by property. We'll tell you which ones matter for the specific home you're looking at.
Touring a model home?
Many builders require your agent to be with you on the first visit, or you lose representation for the whole community. That rule catches people constantly.
The base price isn't the final price either. Lot premiums, upgrades and HOA fees add up fast, and builder incentives are often tied to their preferred lender. A new home still needs an independent inspection.
Tell us where you are and we'll tell you honestly what we'd do next. No pitch.
